Annual Fire Door Inspection

Dear Residents,

Please be informed that as per the Australian standard legislation, all fire doors must be inspected annually. This includes entrance doors to individual apartments.

Access is required to each apartment at some time on the below dates for the annual fire safety inspection of the apartment entrance door. All the inspections will be carried out by our ADC technicians between the hours of 7 am – 3:30 pm on the following dates:

• Wednesday 5^th March
• Friday 7^th March
• Monday 10^th March
• Wednesday 12^th March
• Friday 14^th March

This inspection takes less than 5 minutes.
