Balcony Glass Panels & Anchor Bolts 301 / 60 Riversdale Road RIVERVALE WA

The Council of Owners have recently identified some potential issues with balcony glass panels and anchor bolts as follows:

1) Balcony Glass Panels

Please inspect the glass panels on your balconies as some may be of inferior size and

installation quality. See below photo of what you are looking for.

Correct size and installation. Incorrect size and installation.

If you find you have short glass panels as shown on the right hand side above, you can either replace the glass yourself or contact BGC Construction for a possible defects claim. For your convenience, please find the contact details for BGC Construction Maintenance below.

2) Balustrade Anchors Bolts

Once a year please inspect all balustrade anchor bolts and tighten loose nuts to anchors as necessary.
