Email Etiquette
Dear Owners,
The COO would like to address an important matter regarding communication with our strata management team.
Recently, there has been an increase in emails containing offensive, intimidating, or aggressive language directed towards our strata managers. This type of communication is unacceptable and does not reflect the respectful community we aim to maintain.
Our strata managers are professionals carrying out their responsibilities on behalf of the Strata Company. They deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether there is disagreement or frustration about an issue.
Accordingly, the COO have advised Oakfield that they are not required to respond to correspondence that contains abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language. If you do not receive a response to an email, the COO encourage you to review the content of your message and consider whether it was communicated respectfully and constructively. Reframing your concerns in a courteous manner will assist in ensuring they can be addressed promptly and effectively.
We appreciate that owners may have concerns or strong opinions from time to time. However, respectful communication is essential to achieving positive outcomes for everyone involved.
