Gym Glass Replacement Delay

The glass replacement has now been completed.

Unfortunately, the scheduled glass replacement did not proceed as planned. The size of the glass pane, along with the height restrictions in sections of the hallway and at the entrance to the pool area, presented unforeseen challenges.

We are currently reviewing alternative solutions and will provide an update once a new approach is confirmed.

12th May 2025

Please be advised that the replacement of the damaged glass in the gym has been scheduled for Thursday, 16th May 2025.

The replacement glass is due for delivery on Tuesday, 14th May, and works will commence shortly after. Access to the gym may be partially restricted on the day of installation for safety reasons.

We appreciate your cooperation while this repair is carried out and will aim to minimise disruption as much as possible.

Following damage from the recent storm, the glass contractor has provided specifications to the supplier, and the quote has been confirmed and approved. A work order will now be issued to proceed with installation as soon as possible.

As the replacement cost is less than the insurance excess, no insurance claim has been lodged.
