Lift 1 – Service Notice ⚠️

The Building Manager has advised that the missing button issue has been reported to the Schindler team multiple times. Each time, the response has been the same—that the necessary parts have been ordered and are still awaited.

Given that Schindler previously assured us in 2023 that there were no issues with sourcing buttons, the matter has now been escalated to Impex Management.

Schindler has confirmed that a technician will be attending today to repair the circuit panel.

Please be advised that Lift 1 is currently experiencing the following issues:

• Level 2 button is missing
• Leve B1 button is present but not working
• Level 8 button is present but not working

These issues have been reported, and the building manager has been notified.

We appreciate your patience while we await repairs. In the meantime, please use Lift 2 where possible.
