Notice to Residents – Granite Cleaning and Sealing Works

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that granite cleaning and sealing works will be carried out in the foyer and front external areas over two days, 25th and 26th of March.

Day 1:

· The foyer granite tiles will be mechanically cleaned and scrubbed.

· The foyer will be divided down the middle (from glass doors to glass doors).

· One half of the foyer will then be sealed.

Day 2:

· The contractor will return to seal the remaining half of the foyer.

· The front external granite will also be pressure cleaned and sealed.

Once the granite has been sealed, it may be walked on if necessary. However, we kindly ask that foot traffic be kept to a minimum where possible to allow optimal results. Walking on the sealed surface will not affect the performance or appearance of the sealer.
