Visitor Parking Permit Collection

New Visitor Parking Permits for the period May 2025 to April 2026 are now available for collection from the Building Manager’s office.

Please bring valid identification for verification when collecting your permit.

If you are unable to attend during the designated office hours you may request for the permit to be placed in your apartment letterbox by emailing the Building Manager.

Important Reminder:
Visitor Parking is for visitors only. Residents are not permitted to use these bays without prior written approval from the strata company.

If your apartment is tenanted, please ensure your tenant receives this notice.

We are pleased to advise that the new parking permits have been finalised and are currently with the printer. Once printing is complete, permits will be distributed to all eligible residents.

Further instructions regarding collection or delivery of the permits will be provided shortly. In the meantime, please continue to display your existing yellow permit to avoid any potential parking breaches.
