POOL REOPENED
Please be advised that the community pool has undergone a complete cleaning and maintenance procedure to ensure it meets all health and safety standards required for resident use. Our maintenance team has finalized all necessary steps, including water treatment, broken glass pieces checks.
As a result, the pool will reopen for resident use after 1:00 PM today, the 19th of November 2025. This brief delay allows the cleaning agents and treatment materials to fully settle to ensure a safe and comfortable swimming environment.

15/11/2025 - POOL CLOSED
Following an incident involving broken glass, the pool is closed until further notice. Glass contamination is treated as a safety risk under WA Health Department guidelines, and the pool must be inspected by our contractor. CCTV footage confirms that glass entered the water, so the closure is required for safety. We will provide an update once the assessment is complete and it is safe to reopen.
