PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO GYM

Dear Owners & Gym Users,

A proposal has been submitted by an owner resident to make the following changes to the Vantage gym:

1. Remove and sell one exercise bike and one elliptical cross-trainer to create additional space; and

2. Use the sale proceeds to expand the weight-training options by purchasing and installing the following additional equipment:

- squat rack

- bench

- barbells & weights.
