Quarterly Levies & Budget Update

Dear Vantage Owners

As you are aware, your quarterly levies for February to April 2025 have been issued.

Despite rising costs, 2023/24 expenditure was kept below the budget. However, widespread inflation and significant increases in building and maintenance expenses require a levy increase this year to ensure we can manage ongoing upkeep and financial stability. Please note that your levies actually reduced slightly last year and the increase this year means that the average increase over the last two years is still less than 6%.

The Vantage long-term maintenance plan has also been prepared to ensure we can meet future needs for major works and asset replacements. With careful planning and prioritisation, we aim to minimise financial impacts while maintaining the property to a high standard.
