IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL OWNERS

Vantage Apartments - Basement Car Park Sweep

Dear Owners and Agents,

We wish to advise all residents that a routine automated car park sweep of the basement car parks will be carried out on Wednesday 18th December 2024.

Residents are requested to remove their vehicles from the car park prior to 8:00 AM on the day and not to use the car park again until 12:00 PM. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, however the cleaning of the basement car park levels will help reduce the accumulation of dust and other debris within the car park and residential areas of the basement levels.

Should any urgent issues arise during the cleaning process, please contact the Building Manager on Ph: 0484 121 034.

If you have tenants residing in your apartment, please ensure that they are aware of this notice.
