Strata Management Transition

The Council of Owners is currently reviewing the existing strata management agreement with Pro-Active Property Management and exploring options for a transition. Unfortunately, the process has encountered some contractual complexities which are now under legal review.

We have contacted Pro-Active to request a mutual agreement to end the current arrangement by 30 June 2025. At this stage, we have not received a formal response. We will continue to pursue a constructive and fair resolution on behalf of all owners.

Further updates will be shared once we have more clarity. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience as we work through this process.
