WINDOW CLEANING 2024

We wish to inform you that High Access Window Cleaning OTB contractors are scheduled to be on-site starting Monday November 4th 2024, for an estimated 2-3 week period. They will be conducting comprehensive cleaning of the building’s external inaccessible windows, external surfaces of balustrades and ledges.

Scheduled Services Include:

Removal of cobwebs around windows and balustrades Pressure washing of East and West light well walls and ledges Removal of debris from East and West light well courtyards

While every effort will be made to minimize markings from water dripping onto ledges, OTB Rope Access and its staff/contractors cannot be held responsible for any dirt, dust, or pollution that may be revealed as a result of the wash down.

Important Notes for Residents:

To help maintain privacy, please close blinds or curtains as desired.

Ground floor apartments: Please note that window cleaners will need brief access to your courtyard at the end of each drop to restart work from the top of the building.

Preparing Your Balconies:

While care will be taken to limit overspray into private balconies, we recommend removing any items that could be soiled or damaged during the cleaning process.

If your unit is occupied by a tenant, please forward this notice to them at your earliest convenience.
